President
Preside at all BoD meetings and Association meetings
Oversee all BoD actions
Sign Leases, Mortgages, Deeds
Co-sign checks
Enforce CC&R Compliance
Any duties assigned by the BoD
Vice President
Oversee Committee and Focal duties; ACC, Landscape (incl. common/entrance), Gates, Fountains, Annual group rates (backflow, sprinklers, lawn aeration)
Provide new owners with CC&R
Provide all information requested by potential buyers
Serve as back-up to the President
Any duties assigned by the BoD
Secretary
Create and distribute BoD and Assoc. meeting notices to Owners; facilitate mtg logistics
Manage and record votes for BoD and Association meetings
Keep and distribute minutes of BoD and Association meetings
Notify Owners, in writing, of dues and assessments 30 days in advance of due date
Maintain resident data base and annually distribute the Neighborhood Directory
Issue general communication to Owners
Any duties assigned by the BoD
Treasurer
HOA Accounting (Receive, deposit, disburse all funds)
Prepare report of budget and statement of income and expenditures at all meetings
